We’re Hiring a Content Manager at KontentPlus

At KontentPlus, content isn’t an afterthought. It’s infrastructure.

We work with B2B companies that need to create content that actually does something: clarify complex offerings, support sales, build trust, and scale across markets without losing coherence. Over the past year, that need has only grown - and so has our team, our platform, and our ambition.

That’s why we’re now looking for a Content Manager to join us.

Content as a system

KontentPlus was built on a simple belief: great content is rarely the result of isolated efforts. It comes from systems that connect strategy, production, technology and human judgement.

In practice, that means we work across the full content supply chain:

  • From initial brief and narrative framing

  • Through production, repurposing and distribution

  • To measurement, learning and iteration

As a Content Manager at KontentPlus, you’ll sit right at the centre of that system.

The role: strategist, editor, connector

This is not a narrow production role - and not a purely strategic one either. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable moving between perspectives.

You will:

  • Lead content projects from the first client conversation to final delivery

  • Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of AI specialists, writers and designers

  • Own the dialogue with clients and help ensure clarity, quality and momentum

  • Shape content strategies that are grounded in real business goals

  • Work hands-on with our tools and network, and contribute to evolving how we produce content, faster and smarter

In short: you’ll help turn complex briefs into structured, effective content - without losing the nuance.

Who we think you are

You’re someone who cares deeply about language, but also understands business realities. You enjoy structure, but don’t confuse structure with rigidity.

You might come from a background in journalism, economics, marketing or a related field. More importantly, you:

  • Are a strong communicator and confident editor.

  • Have a sharp sense of tone, audience and narrative.

  • Are comfortable working with web technologies, CMS platforms and digital publishing.

  • Are curious about - or experienced in - using generative AI as part of your everyday work.

  • Thrive in an analytical, fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment.

You don’t need to be an AI engineer. But you should be interested in how technology changes the way content is created, governed and scaled.
