We do not encourage you to provide sensitive personal data, but if you do (e.g. allergy information when registering for an event), we will treat this as your consent to process it for the specified purpose.

8.1 We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to assess job applications, perform contracted services, send event or newsletter invitations, and otherwise fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Where you have consented to marketing post-contract, we retain your contact details until you request deletion.
9.1 You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data and withdraw consent to direct marketing at any time, without affecting processing based on consent prior to withdrawal. After withdrawal, we process only data necessary to fulfil contractual or legal obligations.
9.2 You have the right to access your data and request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and to obtain a copy of your personal data. Please inform us of any changes.
9.3 Where processing is based on consent or contract performance, you have the right to data portability—i.e. receive the personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.
